Your evening to remember begins with a crash course in sake with a guided flight of three sakes presented by International Kikisake-shi (Master of Sake) Ms Yumi Takamatsu, followed by a 6-course menu showcasing Chef Sean’s innovative renditions of Japanese izakaya favourites that respect tradition but are not bound by it.
Ticket includes sake flight and introduction, dinner menu and two cocktails. There will be an optional beverage pairing of six limited edition sakes from Japan’s most sought-after cult breweries.
