In a unique setting filled wiht natural light, Murano chandeliers and an open kitchen, you will discover an out of this world culinary experience tantalising all the senses.
Chef Alessandro Buffolino boasts lots of experience working alongside revered Italian chefs and has a well-defined style in the very personal reinterpretation of the classics of Italian cuisine. For this occasion, he has created a special menu where local and seasonal ingredients meet innovative techniques, for a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. Throughout the evening, Alessandro will share the philosophy behind the menu as he personally introduces some dishes from the menu.
The menu for this special occasion is paired with different champagne from the renowned French company Veuve Cliquot, designed to complement the dishes to ensure a complete taste experience at the highest level. Alongside dessert, Zacapa's Brand Ambassador will guide you through a rum tasting.
