Taste of Farm 65 will begin with a masterclass where you will have the opportunity to create a welcome cocktail under the expert guidance of Diageo's Master Ambassador, Franco Gasparri, for a unique start to the evening.
You will then move to the kitchen where, with the help of chef Giacomo Salmoiraghi, you will try your hand preparing the starter.
After sampling your handiwork, you will sit down to dinner in the cozy loft area at a large convivial table. The menu showcases buffalo cheese from the Quattro Portoni farm in all its guises; starting from ricotta and passing to Moringhello to allow you to savor the more intense taste of buffalo blue.
