For the October edition of Taste Tuesdays, we're bringing you something truly special: a takeover by the Taste of Sydney Collective presented by Electrolux!
In celebration of the Taste Collective coming to Barangaroo this 8 - 11 November, Mark Best, curator of the Electrolux Collective Kitchen, is giving you a sneak peak of what to expect with not only one but FOUR chefs - Brent Savage (Cirrus Dining), Palisa Anderson (Boon Cafe & Chat Thai), Jerry Mai (Annam, Melbourne) and Clayton Wells (Automata & A1 Canteen).

The Takeover tickets include:
- Tanqueray No. TEN Elderflower Collins welcome cocktails
- 5 canapés created between the 5 chefs
- 5-course menu featuring a dish by each chef
